Enhanced the design of luxury villas at Unitech Espace Premiere with a focus on livability, openness, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. Emphasized spatial optimization, natural light, and private outdoor zones such as terraces and lawns to elevate everyday living. The approach balanced modern aesthetics with practical design interventions to improve comfort, usability, and overall residential experience.
We introduced a central cube as a multifunctional element to structure the space while retaining flexibility. Beneath the cube, we designed retractable soft modules that can be drawn out to create adaptable seating arrangements. This allows the space to transition easily between different uses, from informal gatherings and games to more relaxed, individual settings.
Within the cube, we integrated a live tree, positioned directly below a roof skylight to ensure adequate natural light. This created a dedicated zone for quiet activities such as reading, meditation, and relaxation, while also bringing a natural focal point into the interior.
The overall layout was planned to enable fluid zoning without the need for fixed partitions, allowing users to define spaces based on their immediate needs. In parallel, we incorporated a full-length storage cabinet along one wall to address functional requirements like clothing and utility storage, ensuring that practicality is seamlessly integrated into the design.
